Description
Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AG CSU), acting on behalf of the NHS England North Midlands & NHS Shropshire Clinical Commissioning Group is seeking a provider to offer high quality and safe primary medical services (in accordance with Alternative Provider Medical Service Agreement) for circa 3,576 un-weighted (3,126.11 weighted) patients in the vicinity of Monkmoor, Shrewsbury, Shropshire from 01 October 2019. NHS England North Midlands and Shropshire Clinical Commissioning Group as delegated (now onwards will be referred to as "The commissioners") will be the contracting and commissioning authority for the contract resultant from this procurement. It is anticipated that the tender documentation relating to this procurement will be available at https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=agcsu in due course most preferably in April 2019.
