The purpose of this evaluation will be to review the different solutions trialled under BASEE, the extent to which the projects achieved their own objectives, and the Programme's objectives. This includes whether the project delivered sufficient innovation to increase the consumer appeal of energy efficiency to SMEs and open the SME Energy Efficiency (EE) market to wider energy efficiency providers and lenders.
