Description
LGSS, is the shared services venture for partners Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC), Northamptonshire County Council (NCC), and Milton Keynes Council (MKC).
LGSS IT currently run multiple IT Helpdesks providing support to some 20,000 end users across multiple local government and Healthcare sites using a mix of Helpdesk call recording software.
LGSS wish to explore the market options/solutions that are available to enable the implementation of a standardised system across all of the Helpdesks.
