Description

Highways England wishes to set up a contract to provide access to Specialist Consultants with extensive knowledge of pavement engineering research and pavement monitoring and with access to unique facilities to assist Highways England. This in turn will assist HE bring innovations into standards and working practices, delivering RIS schemes more efficiently and working toward the HE commitment to low carbon technology.
