Description

The required works consist of the new build construction of a 210 place primary school on a new development zone within the South Hunsley area. Planning permission is currently being obtained for the development and works are due to start in October 17 with a completion date of September 18. Pupils are currently housed in temporary accommodation at the existing facility.

Interested parties should request a pre qualification questionnaire from the contact and this will be required to be returned before 17th May 2017.

The tender evaluation will be a price only exercise as the design specification will be issued with the tender information on 19th June 2017 returns will be due back before 28th July 2017.
