Description

WYCA is responsible for the production of individual timetable leaflets for every bus service in the county. These are produced after consultation with bus operators, who make changes to their services up to 6 times a year.

WYCA's Passenger Information Department will supply files to the printer in pdf or Word format.

There are 250 service leaflets in total but the total volume of work is dependent on service changes. Some leaflets will be reprinted throughout the year.

Quantities for new leaflets are normally between 2000 and 4,000 per leaflet while reprints can be from 1,000 to 2,000

The successful printer will be responsible for delivery, which may be required to up to 10 outlets on the same day.

Rapid lead times are required, the maximum being 5 working days but often as short as 2 days.
