Description

The waste collection and street cleaning contract is one of the most valued and respected services delivered in The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (the 'Authority'). These are universal services that impact all residents, businesses and visitors to the borough and monetarily, the contract is of significant worth.
The Authority is seeking to appoint a consultant for this procurement who will take the lead on the process, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are brought in to the equation. The new contract will commence on 01 April 2021, so there is a two-year timeframe for the whole procurement to take place.
