The objectives of Stage 4a of this project are to:-
- Improve the efficiency of the existing Departures from Standards process, integrating it with the new cloud based applications
- Incorporation and implementation of Technical Assurance Planning within the process
- Produce a communication strategy to inform HE and supply chain users the need to deliver high quality departures and roll out of the new DfS
- Produce benefits realisation report / plan
