Description
The Council invites quotations for the provision of a data management software solution suitable for use by Lead Local Flood Authorities (LLFAs) to manage text data, spatial data, customer enquiries related to flood risk management, planning applications and land drainage consents.\r
Solutions are now sought to pull all our flood risk data together into one single system that will be key to maximising the effectiveness of that data held. The software must capture and manage flood risk data in compliance with the requirements of the Flood and Water Management Act 2010 and the Land Drainage Act 1991. It must also provide the capability to hold or link to all relevant documents, integrated spatial mapping functionality, and ensure efficient data accessibility and management for LLFA operations.
