Description

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for external specialist technical advice to provide technical support relating to the roll out of Progressive Asset Delivery (PAD) in Areas 3 and 9.
The technical support relating to Area 3 & 9 is intended to supplement the proposed Highways England team with contractual and operational expertise. This will provide additional capacity and support to the team to increase the chances of success in identification, evaluation and implementation of PAD objectives.
