Description

Highways England's Customer Insight and Behaviour Change Group (CI&BCG) are seeking to set up a contract for the provision of expert research services to support the business in undertaking a review of our customer insights. This review will be formed of two parts. Together they will provide an understanding of demand and need for customer insight and help to develop the strategy for managing demand, delivering and communicating customer insight:
- An internal review to establish current and potential demand for customer insight (to be conducted by Highways England)
- An external review to provide options for the tools and instruments necessary to deliver and communicate actionable customer insights (to be conducted by consultants and the subject of this scope of work).
