Description
Cambridgeshire County Council invites quotations for the valuation of the County Farms Estate. We require the following valuations (in accordance with Red Book requirements) of the County Farms Estate to be conducted: an investment valuation of each holding; a vacant possession valuation of each holding; include for development potential and highlight where this might occur; outline market commentary for agricultural land values to 2022. The Authority's detailed requirements are defined in the attached documents: Rural Assets Valuation RFQ and Appendix 1.
