Description

The scope of the works to be carried out under this contract includes:
• Fire Risk Assessments to Christian Action Housing's property stock, on a yearly program
• Update and create an emergency fire evacuation plan for each property, including floor plans
• Carry out post inspection of Fire Safety works.
• Contract duration for 3 years with an option to extend up to a further 3 years (reviewed on yearly intervals).
• Contract to start in February 2019.
