Description

Staffordshire County Council are considering recommissioning the current Residential and Nursing Care Home DPS contract. As part of this, recommissioning the council invites all Providers of Residential and Nursing Care Homes to provide feedback on the existing arrangements. For your information attached are (i) the engagement presentation which sets out the Council's intentions and discussion points (ii) the specification within the current terms & conditions of contract, which will be reviewed and subsequently amended for any new procurement.
