Description

Quotations are invited for the provision of Event Traffic Management
services for indoor events where a car park needs to be operated in respect of getting the cars on site and taking payment as efficiently as possible while managing the local roads to the car park. There will also be a range of outdoor events where road closures and management of traffic is required.

Initial contract is for a one year period with the option to extend for 2 years in annual increments. Contract value is based on the full 3 years.

Please note, suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the
documentation, must do so by 15:00 on 21 May 2019. It is recommended that you express interest and obtain the documentation well before this time to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit a comprehensive response.
The deadline for returns is 14:00 on 22nd May 2019.
