Description

This Pre-Tender Market Engagement (PTME) seeks information in preparation for a potential competition, expected to be conducted under a relevant public sector framework, to procure the provision of Vehicle Hire and Car Share Services.

The purpose of this PTME is to provide the market with early sight of the Authority's requirements, and to seek market feedback in order to: help refine the requirements; understand the capability and appetite of the market to deliver the requirements, and the possible risks involved; and shape the commercial approach accordingly.
