Description

The purpose of the Panel is to allow housing members an opportunity to share their experiences, priorities and perspectives of high rise living. These perspectives will be used to inform the Authority's building safety policy department. The supplier will be required to facilitate the design and running of the Residents' Reference Panel. This will include planning and delivering panel events, recording views the panel has on specific housing policies and chairing debate within the group. Furthermore, they will be required to provide a clear 'feedback loop' between themselves and the Panel members throughout the process so that the participants feel effectively engaged.
