Description

The Council is looking to increase its portfolio of residential properties available to reduce homelessness and is testing the market, for model investment partnerships, that will deliver in-borough purchases, at an estimate of £300 - 450k per dwelling.
The Council wishes to invite suggestions for the following
- Details of investment options which include;
o details of your potential financial Investor(s) (if known) or source of funding,
o The number of properties that could be procured, based upon a range of types and proposed locations
o The financial model, the period covered and the exit terms
