Description

Peacehaven Town Council is seeking to replace 2 x Air Handling Units located on the roof of Community House, BN10 8BB. The Air Handling units provide heating, cooling, and ventilation to the Main Hall - approximately 1780.48m3. The replacement system must also be capable of heating, cooling, and ventilating an area of this size.

Tenders must include:

Provision of safe access to the roof of Community House for the work to be undertaken.

The decommissioning, removal, and disposal of the current air handling units.

The supply, installation, and commissioning of suitable replacement air handling units.

Installation of a control panel in the Main Hall for the new units which includes a user lock out function.

The adaption of existing, or replacement of, ducting to suit the new units

Final bids must be submitted via post to the Town Clerk, clearly marked with the reference 'PTCTS-AHU' and for the attention of the Town Clerk by no later than 4th March 2024

The Council intends to make a final decision during the week commencing 18th March 2024 and Tenderers will be notified of the outcomes thereafter.
