Description
You are invited by the University of Hull (hereafter referred to as the University) to submit a proposal to replace boilers and ancillary equipment with a more fuel efficient and lower operating cost system in each building .
The contract will be let in three lots and the University seeks a contractor who will provide the most economically advantageous solution for each lot.
The University will award two or more lots to one contractor when there is an economically advantageous case for doing so.
