Description

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for the provision of support to the Travel Demand Management (TDM) Programme for the South-East region, to be delivered via the SPaTS Framework. The project will develop a range of capabilities which will benefit operations for both Highways England and key stakeholders in the South-East region. The scope of these operational capabilities is set out in Section 3 below.
