Description

London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is hosting a session suppliers to undertake general repairs and maintenance works to its 17,000 homes, including mechanical and engineering works, asbestos removals and works to void properties. This is expected to be a 5 year JCT 2016 Measured Term Contract with two extensions of 1 year. The contract will be divided into service and geographical lots and be a total value of approximately £25m per year. The event will take place on the 26 September 2019 at the St Paul's Centre, Queen Caroline St, Hammersmith, London W6 9PJ. The event will begin at 10.15 and is expected to end at 14.30.
