Advert for expressions of interest to quote for Munro House landscaping
Expression of Interest to Quote for
Landscaping / improvement works to Munro House Tanswell Estate including
• Creation of new green spaces to existing concrete courtyard
• Installation of new planters
• Renewal of tarmac courtyard with resin bound surface
• Marking out of parking bays including 4 disabled bays
• Planting out shrub beds
• Site Clearance
The items will be located at courtyard of Munro House, Tanswell Estate , Lambeth.
Lambeth Council is pleased to offer a real opportunity for an experienced a suitably qualified supplier to provide the above works for Lambeth Council.
The successful supplier must be able to carry out the above works from start to finish and all works must be completed by 29 June 2016. The estimated value of the works is £35k
