Description

Travel survey via telephone research to be carried out to track satisfaction and travel behaviours on bus, tram and train in South Yorkshire. This survey is a replacement for the postal self-completion travel survey which has been carried out since 2005 (although it is recognised that due to the significant change in format and methodology that the new telephone survey will not be directly comparable to this postal survey). This telephone survey is a comprehensive piece of research capturing information on:
