Description

The IS department forms part of Corporate Operations, providing the IT support and service desk as well as managing the IT infrastructure and IT vendor relationships for the Office of Rail & Road.
In 2017 we performed an IT transition migrating from a managed service provider to an in-house IT support model and moving to a cloud based platform, performing a full hardware and application refresh.
