Description
Arden & GEM CSU on behalf of Wolverhampton CCG sought expressions of interest from suitably qualified providers for a Community Eyecare service. The service has been commissioned using the Any Qualified Provider process. The qualification period for the AQP accreditation will be for 3 years from the 1st September 2017 with an option to extend for a further 2 years. The CCG may open up additional qualification rounds during the contract period. Should there be any geographical areas within the CCG area where further choice of provider is required; the CCG reserves the right to limit the next accreditation round to specific geographical areas only.
