Description

Southampton City Council invites a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to submit a proposal for the use of an online platform and app.

This will be supported by local promotion to deliver a campaign which will support and encourage more residents in the Southampton 'Travel to Work' area to travel around the city by bicycle.

This area spans as far west as Totton, as far north as Eastleigh and east to Bursledon

The appointed supplier will need to provide the online platform and app, work in partnership with SCC to deliver the campaign and evaluate the impact.

The contract is initially for the use of the online platform and app for a 4 month period starting in April 2020, with possibility of a 14 month extension. The online platform and app should be accessible throughout this time but boosted with marketing materials and a campaigns to encourage sign ups, and motivate people to maintain their activities and reward behaviour change.
