Description

The Forestry Commission is looking to advertise a tender opportunity for the development and operation of a recreation facility at this location potentially but not specifically centred around cycling activity. Any development will be subject to planning consent where appropriate. This Prior Information Notice serves to alert the marketplace to this possible upcoming opportunity whilst requesting information from interested parties in order to clarify the nature of any development that may be in demand thus enabling the Forestry Commission to be clear should they decide to proceed to offer the opportunity to the marketplace by open tender.
The Forestry Commission would therefore like to request that you consider and answer the attached questions that will help them be more targeted in their tender offer.
