Description
Leeds Trinity University seeks an organisation to provide out of hours IT support to its staff and students. The successful tenderer will be able to demonstrate previous experience of providing such support to the bespoke requirements of a Higher Education establishment.
The main requirement is to provide immediate help to frequently asked questions and issues regarding the specific systems used at Leeds Trinity University, including
• Standard desktop software queries for Microsoft Office.
• Specific queries relating to Moodle
• Specific queries relating to Turnitin
• Specific queries relating to use of library systems
• Access to electronic journals
• Specific queries relating to SITS e:vision
• Provide assistance via an online / remote access system
• Password resets
• Off-site access to local services
• Remote access of student timetables
• Student Access problems with student administration system
