The Mayor recognises the importance of civil society in supporting communities, delivering services and making London the thriving vibrant place to live.
Civil society also known as Civic society is represented by the people serving their communities, by the city's highly effective activists and organisers, its radical artists and curators, as well as by the individuals and networks exploring new ways of caring for each other and the world around them.
London's civil society has a wealth of assets, experience, and networks.
The programme will work with communities, civil society, and others to build a collaboration and partnership working between the GLA and civil society enabling GLA to improve outcomes for Londoners, including:
• Increased confidence, capabilities and skills for London's civic and regional public sector leaders to make a transition to a better future

How to apply for the project:
TfL have recently switched to a new sourcing system, SAP Ariba, meaning that TfL's processes are now different to those that suppliers may be familiar with. The following instructions explain this new system and provide guidance on how interested parties will be able to communicate with TfL.
To log in to SAP Ariba (this is to log in only and not to register):
https://service.ariba.com/Supplier.aw
To register: Please use TfL specific Ariba registration page below:
https://s1-eu.ariba.com/Sourcing/Main/ad/selfRegistration?realm=TfL
After registration: To participate in the tender:
Register Interest for the event by contacting (emailing) the Commercial contact listed on Find a Tender/ Contract Finder posting.
Note: The Ariba system is not automated, therefore, once you have registered (or are registered already) your business on Ariba you must email the above contact. Registering business on Ariba is not same as registering interest for the project. The above commercial contact will have to manually give your registered business access to the tender.
For help on registering on the SAP Ariba system and for checking if your organisation already has an account please refer to https://content.tfl.gov.uk/supplier-registration.pdf
For guidance on using the SAP Ariba system, please refer to https://support.ariba.com/Adapt/Ariba_Network_Supplier_Training
