The deadline has been extended by 14 days in light of slight changes to the Tender documents. These changes do not impact on the material submission from tenderers but instead:
1) Adds further information on other projects happening on the vessel at the same time as the contract
2) Offers added requirements during the contract, such as H&S requirements for substance storage and disposal
3) Further detail on the quality criteria and weighting used to evaluate the tenders and changes to the submission email.
4) The added need to include more detail on sub-contracted work in light of changes to the procurement regulations at the start of May 2018.
These changes will offer tenderers greater insight into the nature of the project and should allow for more accurate submissions without the need for the NMRN to go back to tenderers for any clarifications after the deadline. To allow for tenderers to review these slight changes the NMRN has extended the deadline.
