Description

Contract required to pay a secondee from Hampshire County Council -unfortunately no relevant exemption codes and over self- service limit, so a contract is required. Most secondees are made between government departments rather than from councils. Commercial will monitor and ask HR if any future secondments take place like this to ensure an efficient contracting process is in place if need in the future.
