Description

Daventry District Council (DDC) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified suppliers of payroll services to provide a service to the Council from 1 July 2017.

The Council has approximately 240 monthly-paid employees and elected members and needs to tender this contract. The Council operates a typical local government payroll system and wishes this to continue from July 2017. It is essential that employee maintenance is operated smoothly and remotely and that appropriate interface files are available to transfer into the Council's Financial Systems.

The contract will also include a managed payroll service for elections to pay ad-hoc staff.
