Description
Babcock DSG Limited acting as the UK Ministry of Defence's Agent seeks to place a Multiple Supplier Framework Agreement for the Calibration and Repair of Test Equipment used across the MoD Tri-Service community, for the duration of two years with the potential to extend for a further 2 years.
Services involved include Calibration & Calibration and Repair services, Calibration & Repair on site as directed by the Authority, the collection, packaging and delivery to an Authority nominated consignee, to OEM Specification and Provision of Adhoc Calibration/Repair.
QA Standards or equivalent: The service provider shall hold and maintain a certification to ISO 9001:2008, issued by an accredited certification body to a correct scope relevant to this requirement, and must stipulate that each calibration facility is a BS EN 17025 accredited Laboratory. Potential Providers will be required to provide evidence of UKAS Accreditation for Lots of potential interest.
No business whatsoever is guaranteed under any resulting framework agreement or contract indeed there is no guarantee that any framework agreement or contract will be put in place in relation to this notice. No compensation etc will be paid if a tender or resulting framework agreement is withdrawn for any reason. Bidders should take part in this process only on the basis that they fully understand and accept this position
