Description

This project is to understand the AI Labour Market, both in terms of demand (companies with AI capabilities looking for staff) and supply (the talent pool of employees with AI skills). This survey will look to build an understand of existing skills gaps, as well as the pathways employees take to employment in AI. This survey will inform government policy making around AI skills. Four Outputs will include

Design and deliver a survey, with in-depth interviews, regarding the AI Labour Market

Create a dataset that captures survey responses from businesses.

Present the Data in a user-friendly dashboard to enable further analysis in DSIT.

Draft a report that covers the key findings of the survey.
