Description

The Council has awarded a "commercial off-the-shelf" insurance claims handling and recording system with the added consideration of a workflow and document storage facility, to enable the Council to become a virtually 'paperless' operation.

The contract will run from 8th March 2017 for two years until 7th March 2019. The Council will have the option to extend the contract every two years up to 7th March 2027. (2+2+2+2+2)
