Description

The Council wishes to procure a "commercial off-the-shelf" insurance claims handling and recording system with the added consideration of a workflow and document storage facility, to enable the Council to become a virtually 'paperless' operation.

The contract will be awarded on the 6th March 2017 and if necessary the data will be transferred and system implemented and live by 6th July 2017. The contract will run from 6th March 2017 for two years until 5th March 2019. The Council will have the option to extend the contract every two years up to 5th March 2027. (2+2+2+2+2)
