Description

The Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board require a Subscription Agent to supply various subscriptions of publications. These publications may be periodicals, journals or magazines. Subscriptions maybe for hard copy, electronic/digital or for both formats together.

The Library Service is seeking to appoint a company who will be required to provide a proactive and timely service encompassing all aspects of managing the supply of subscription services including the placement of new subscriptions, supply of missing and back issues and payments to publishers

Online access to a subscription management facility is also required.
The aim of this procurement will be to provide effective access to the full range of subscriptions, while meeting strict service levels and delivering value for money for the Library Service.

The contract shall be for an initial period of two years with the option to extend another 2 x 12 months. Contract Value: approx. £15K a year for 4 years total of £60K.

This covers the cost of the subscriptions as well as the company services.
