Description

Diabetes Service Review - review of current service provision and recommendations for change. This is a one-off piece of work that will include (but not exclusively) a review of the services provided by Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and to provide recommendations for efficiency and patient pathways for diabetes and endocrinology conditions.
