Description
This specification seeks to commission a study into the feasibility of setting up a national advertising brokerage scheme for Local Authorities. This scheme would enable Local Authorities to generate additional revenues through advertising/marketing opportunities within their area.
We want to understand whether such a scheme is feasible, whether there are already similar organisations or companies offering the same service(s), what the demand might be from councils for such a scheme, the potential for income to be raised and the form that such a scheme might take.
