Description

Charnwood Borough Council are seeking tenders for the provision of Event Stewarding and Crowd control services.

The Council operates several key Town Centre events each year, one being the Loughborough Fair, one of the largest charter street fairs in the country which attracts an average of 30000 - 40000 visitors over the 4 day period. During these events health & safety of members of the public and staff members is critical to the success and safe delivery of each event.

The aim of this tender is to secure a highly professional stewarding and event control management company with extensive experience of non-ticketed public events who will provide a high standard of Event Stewarding & Crowd Control Services to the council throughout this contract.

The last date for request of documents is the 20th March 2020, with Tenders to be returned by 12 Noon on the 3rd April 2020.
