Description
Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Water Hygiene Quality Monitoring Nov 2020 to properties within the Borough of Swindon.
Project description
Monitoring of water quality in systems across the Borough in line with Regulations.
The initial contract term will be for 3 years with an option to extend for one further period of 2 years (3+2) for a potential total contract term of 5 years as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is up to £80,000.00 per annum, £240,000 across the initial 3 year contract term and up to £400,000.00 across the potential total 5 year contract term.

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk , then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com
ITT clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal, including the project reference and title clearly in the Subject title, by 21st December 2020, 14:00:00 hrs UK Local time. The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically via Messaging in ProContract tender portal.
