Description
The proposed programme is a sports and wellbeing and programme for Inpatients and Community based individuals supported by Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust, to include onsite and community based sports and fitness provision, wellbeing support, befriending and relevant signposting.
The programme will be delivered by suitably qualified staff members in risk assessed NHS and community hub venues.
Aims and objectives of the service:
The project is aimed at improving physical and mental health and wellbeing, improving social skills, and sociability, improving engagement with support services and improving participants links with the community.
