Description

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) (referred to hereafter as the Contracting Authority) has established a Contract
with a single Contractor for The Provision of Off-Site Transcription, Typing and Equipment Maintenance Services. The Contract is for an initial period of forty eight (48) months, with a single option to extend for up to a twelve (12) month period by providing the Supplier with no less than three (3) months notice. Any extension will be exercised at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority.

The following information has been captured in accordance with Regulation 50 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015: The authority received a total of Five (5) tenders in response to this Procurement and all tenders were received electronically via the Authority's e-Sourcing Suite. The Authority received one (1) tender from economic operators which are micro, small and medium enterprises (SME's). The Authority did not receive tenders from non-EU States. This Contract will commence from the 1st June 2018 for an initial period of forty eight (48) months and shall conclude at midnight on 31st May 2022.
