Description

Stonewater are looking to conduct a review of all of its office space to make sure that the size and location is appropriate for its workforce and to ensure that Value for Money is being achieved at all times and make suggestions on efficiency improvements that can be made.

Where a change of site is potentially identified, the individual or supplier should have the relevant experience of managing a change in premises, be able to advise Stonewater of all necessary measures that need to be completed during such a change and be able to co-ordinate with the existing Facilities Management team and the company IT directorate.
