Description

The Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) is soliciting proposals for Preconstruction & Construction Management services for an upcoming project;

British Consul General Residence (38th Floor)
Approx. 5,893 RSF tenant improvement project located at 50 UN Plaza, New York, NY 10017.

The work included in this RFP is high profile and critical to the success of the consulate. This relocation is very important and demands outstanding project execution on a fast-track timeline.
