Description

Charnwood Borough Council is procuring a suitable supplier to provide PCI solution for our busy contact centre department.

The department currently are taking customer payments over the telephone using Capita Pay360 system, but our advisors input customer card details on their behalf. This does not meet the government requirement for PCI.

The solution must be compatible with our current telephone system 4Net, and also integration with Capita Pay360 is essential.

Please Note the last date for requesting ITT Documents is 21st January 2019
