Description

A detailed understanding of the barriers to fish migration in the lower Avon will enable members of the Hampshire Avon Catchment Partnership to deliver a coordinated plan of action to ease or remove the barriers presenting the highest risk to the species within 3 years upon completion of these investigations. The outcome of feasibility studies is that there is a strong likelihood of a barrier being ready for removal. Detailed designs and capital works are subject to actions and costings detailed from the feasibility study.
