    - Could we have all tender documents returned no later than 09/06/2023
    - Programmes issued are only indicative. We will require all subcontractors to issue programmes of works.
    - A blank BoQ has been issued, we will require all subcontractors to complete their own take offs with prices.
    - Could you all issue daywork rates/night/weekend uplifts as part of your submissions.
    - All prices to include labour/plant/materials/prelims.
    - Please read spec in its entirety. We will require prices for all items listed in specification and drawings.
    - Please complete Supplier L3 V1 and return with BoQ.

• Provide references willing to verify work type.
• Able to complete Common Assessment Standard style PQQ with insurance verification or be accredited to ConstructionLine Gold, CHAS Elite or Achilles Building Confidence standard.
• All personnel proposed to work on the project will hold/be willing to complete training to achieve, a National Highways 'Highways Passport' and have completed the common induction.
