Description

Transport for London (TfL) issued a Prior Information Notice on the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) on behalf of the Greater London Authority (GLA).

The aim of the Prior Information Notice is to raise market awareness of a future requirement for the provision of a multi-disciplinary technical assistant team to provide specialist advice and services to support the implementation of the GLA's London Homes Energy Efficiency Programme.
The multi-disciplinary technical assistance team will be jointly funded by the GLA and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

The Prior Information Notice is also inviting interested suppliers to attend an Early Market Engagement event on Tuesday 11 September 2018.

Employee or agent concerning this Prior Information Notice outside of the formal process described in this document may result in the disqualification of the company from consideration of any future procurement activity. No information contained in this document or in any communication made between TfL and any company in connection with this shall be relied upon as constituting a contract, agreement or representation that any contract shall be offered in accordance with this Prior Information Notice.

The estimated value of a three-year contract is 2 700 000 GBP to 3 400 000 GBP.
